# How To Add a Picture of Your Employee to an Employee Account

## **Features -** MaidCentral Allows you to easily add employee pictures, for a better-looking employee view, as well as send employee pictures on Scorecard reviews!

**PRO TIP :** You can add the ##TECHNICIANTABLE## to the Scorecard email allowing for your technician's pictures to be seen by your customers. It's a perfect way to put a face on who cleaned your home that visit!

**Please Note: The size of the picture uploaded will affect the size of the photo displayed on scorecards**

Once the Photo is added you will get the option to Crop the photo if needed!
