# Employee showing twice on job schedule

Issue

If you are looking at the Job schedule and see an employee twice then there is most likely a duplicated availability for that day.

How to Fix

- Go to the affected employee's Employee page

- Go to the Availability tab and see if there are two times for one day's availability

- Single click in the gray box and delete the one availability that comes up
