# Build Highlights - September 26th, 2024

### **New Features**

- **Scorecard Updates**
  - Scorecards Results can now be exported as a CSV or Excel file
  - Technicians' names will be displayed on scorecards in the Customer Profile > Scorecards tab making it clear who received that score

- **Customer Campaigns Updates**

- **Ticket Kanban**
  - Never miss a text again! On the Ticket Kanban, a sound will play whenever a new ticket opens
- **Photos to Rooms**
  - Images can now be added to rooms in the Home Level > Room Master tab or Service Set tab > Rooms using the Upload button

### **Fixed**

- In Zapier, Job Completed trigger pulling Customers who did not have a completed job
- Automatically Send Notifications feature was not applying when disabled and notifications were still sent out automatically
- Maximum Sick Carry Over was not applying and Sick Hours were resetting to 0
- Credit Card Transactions report could not be exported
- Preauthorization charge did not "move" with the job if the job was Moved to a different day
- Tooltip did not display information about columns on the Payroll Summary
- "Select All" checkbox was not selecting or deselecting all jobs on Batch Invoice
- In Zapier, Cancellation Trigger was pulling One Time Cleans
- Internal Server Error was appearing when trying to upload payroll to Inova
- Events assigned to the Not Scheduled Team were visible to all partners
- Select All checkbox not working on Credit Card Preauth report
- Adjust Team Size window displayed teams in a different order than what was displayed on the Job Schedule
- Service Set Tracker Details Doesn't Match Service Set Changes
