Rotating services for customers can be difficult to quote and schedule but there is an easy way to do this in MaidCentral's Quoting Tool. To do this you will need to create a second Recurring Service Scope of Work that can be customized. The custom recurring service includes rate modifications to customize the quote, such as subtracting wet or dry rooms or removing a basement. Once you have this second recurring scope of work you can quote multiple services at once and alternate between them on a bi-weekly basis.

The video covers advanced quoting techniques for custom scheduling while still quoting by square feet or using simplified pricing. You will need two recurring scopes of work, one that is your base recurring service that quotes for the whole home and a custom recurring service that is not available online but can be quoted through the office. The custom recurring service is set up identically to the recurring service, with the only difference being the rate modifications. Our example includes:
Wet room subtraction
dry room subtraction
removing a basement for a two-story home
removing a basement for a ranch with a basement
no dusting
Wet room and dry room subtractions are listed as less than what would typically be charged for them due to the additional time technicians take to ensure they are cleaning the correct spaces.
To use this you will quote for both a whole home clean and a partial home clean, alternating between the two on a bi-weekly basis.
Once booked the frequency for the small and large recurring cleanings is modified to every four weeks to avoid both being completed on the same day. This technique is a way to book both scopes of work on one step using a separate scope of work with customization options.
